The global recession has taught us many valuable lessons already. People were laid out, families were torn apart, and a lot of people had to take extra classes just to manage to stay where they were. 5 Rules For Becoming a Serious Entrepreneur

  1. Treat an online business as serious as an offline business. Don’t believe in “Ground-floor-opportunities” or other “push-button-systems”. Without commitment, right attitude and consistency you will fail as fast as in a real brick-and-mortar business. Most of all you have to invest. Not only in your business, but also in yourself, i.e. a serious Entrepreneur mindset won’t fall from sky.
  2. You have to learn the basics like html, ftp, building a website and scripting to get a feeling what internet marketing is all about. If you know by yourself how much work it takes to establish a full blown website, then you are able to realize, where your skills are. This way you can decide, if you want to chose a fully automated marketing system or build a website by your own, which you have totally under control.
  3. Beware of MLM-Companies. Without having a huge downline you won’t earn a substantial income. But this alone won’t help you, if you as a serious entrepreneur were not able to teach people in your downline to do all the successful steps you are doing.
